Cable/Harness Testing Made Easy.

While we like to believe that Cirris Testers always "Take a licking and keep on ticking," unfortunately they sometimes stop working. We know that equipment failures cause disruptions in your production. This month we share our actions to help you recover from tester failures if and when they do happen.

If you have any questions or comments, call us at 1-800-441-9910.

Best Regards,
Marlin Shelley
President

For many years Cirris has provided overnight loaners to get your line back up and running in the event of a tester failure. While this service can limit disruptions to just one day, the cost of providing a loaner, including shipping, can be eliminated if you can wait for your tester to be repaired. How long is the wait? For testers needing calibration only, 3 days plus shipping time. Testers needing repair take a little longer.

To understand how to recover from a tester going down, see more about getting your Tester in for service in this month's newsletter. Go to Service Options
