Navigating and Using the Assignments Tab
(Applicable users: assessors)
This article explains how to navigate and use the assessor dashboard for completing role-play and scoring assignments.
Log into your assessor dashboard on app.pinsight.com.
Tip: If you have more than one role (admin, stakeholder, or participant) and are logged in as a different role, click on your name in the top-right, and then click on the Assessor role in the Active Role drop-down.
The assessor dashboard has a Analytics module and an Assignments module. You can edit your calendar and profile settings by clicking your name in the top-right corner and clicking My calendar or Edit profile.
The Analytics module is for viewing and/or downloading participant reports for which you completed scoring.
The Assignments module is where you view your upcoming and past assignments, complete scoring, and initiate role-play calls.
Parts of the Assignments module:
|To do||The do tab contains your upcoming and in progress assignments, as well as assignments that you need to score before the 24-hour window is up.|
|Completed||The completed tab contains past assignments for which scoring has been completed. If the scoring deadline has not passed, you may go back in and revise it here.|
|Search bar||Use the search bar to search for participant names in either the to do or completed tab.|
|IT Check||Click the IT Check button to check your computer’s sound and video 10-minutes before every role-play call assignment. |

How to Score an Assignment
Assignments waiting for scoring are in the To Do tab.
The Score link activates after the live simulation begins. Click on the Score link to input scores.
Scoring is due within 24-hours of the end of the simulation.
You can re-watch your role-play video, read emails/attachments, etc., in the tabs to the left of the scoring window.
Enter scores in the scoring window on the right-side of the screen.
The scores you enter save automatically. Roll over the ? icons to read behavioral definitions, exercise descriptions, and review the BARs.
After scoring is complete, the assignment moves to the Completed tab automatically.
How to Change Scoring
If the scoring deadline has not passed, you may revise completed scoring in the Completed tab by clicking the Score link in the actions column.
If the deadline has passed, the scoring will lock and you cannot make changes.
If you missed the scoring deadline, the Score link remains active and the assignment remains in the To Do tab until you enter the last score. After which, it locks and the report generates. It is important to score on time.
