How to Compare Participants in Analytics

(Applicable users: admins, assessors, stakeholders)

*Release notes: The feature described in this article to select multiple options in the selection boxes will be available in the platform in March 2021.

Overview

You can compare participants in the Readiness and 9-box reports in the Analytics section of the platform. Use the filter to narrow down your search results, then select the participants to compare. Scroll down to view analytics.

How to Compare Participants

1. Navigate to the Analytics module.
   
2. Use the filter to narrow down your search results, and click the Go button to run your search query.
   • You may select participants in any combination regardless of the assessment they have taken or the client they belong under.
   • Read How to Use the Filter in Analytics for detailed instructions.
3. In the search results, select the participants to compare by checking the boxes.
   
4. Scroll down to view analytics.
   • The readiness and 9-box will show all the participants you selected at once for comparison.
     
   • In the bench and skill gaps report, you will select the assessment in the drop-down first.
     
   • In the narrative, performance, potential, personality, skills & motivation, and behaviors reports, you will select the participant in the participant drop-down first.
     
     
5. Use the Download PDF Report(s) button to download the selected participants’ reports individually in a zip folder.
