How to Share a Participant’s Report
(Applicable users: admins)
Method 1 – Share from the Participant’s History Table
Log in using your admin user name and password at app.pinsight.com.
- Click on the Users module
Click Users in the top navigation bar.
- Search in Participant tab
Click on the Participant tab.
Use the search filter to narrow down your results.
- Click Edit
Click the Edit button in the participant’s Actions column in the search results table.
*If the row is green the participant’s report is ready.
- History Table
Scroll down to the participant’s history table.
- Click Share Report
If the participant’s report is available (typically 24-hours after the assessment ends), there will be a share report link in the history table. Click on it to open the share report dialog box.
- Search for users in dialog box and click +Add
Search for users to share the report with in the “Please select user” search boxes. Click the +Add button for stakeholder users you’d like to share with. Reports are not shard with participants automatically, so you need to check the share report with participant checkbox to do so.
You can only share with stakeholders under your own account umbrella. The user must hold an account on the platform; you cannot enter emails that do not belong to an account registered in the platform.
Click Save in the dialog to share the reports. The users you chose to share with will receive automated emails.
To take report access away from a user, repeat the steps above, but click the Remove button in the dialog box. Click the Save button.
In the Analytics module, search for a participant using the filter, then click Share.
