FAQ – The role-play video call time is wrong in my simulator calendar
- If the time for your role-play call is incorrect in your simulator calendar, check the time zone set in your computer’s system settings to make sure they match those set for you Pinsight account.
- On PC search for Change the Date and Time in your taskbar search bar. Click on the Change the Date and Time system setting, scroll down to Time Zone and select the correct time zone from the drop-down.
- On Mac choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Date & Time. In the Time Zone pane, select the correct time zone.
