Pinsight 2022: The Year in Review and What to Look Forward to

While other years for Pinsight have been about growth and change, 2022 has been a year of team collaboration and consolidation, to bring a stronger, more stable, and more secure experience to our clients. It was a treat to be able to travel once again and reconnect with colleagues, clients, and friends at the SIOP, SHRM, and HR Tech and we are getting ready to go back there again in 2023. 

Our mission at Pinsight is to bring fairness to the selection and development of leaders. We believe the decisions businesses make about leaders should be based on fair and equitable process and build upon sound scientific evidence with the goal of unlocking the potential in each person, team, and business. That is why, in 2022, we were delighted to release an update to our assessment platform, to give participants a smoother, seamless, and more inclusive experience.

Further, we were proud to launch a new feature, the Pinsight Development Dashboard, to equip managers with important insights on their team, to bring practical, user-friendly coaching strategies into day-to-day work. These features, along with the ongoing updates to our database reflect our values of fairness, potential and evidence, and we have more additions, features and upgrades planned for 2023. 

In recognition of our innovative approach to executive selection science, we were honored to be recognized this year by Lighthouse Research & Advisory for Best Analytics, Measurement, and Business Impact Solution, and by Select Software for Top Succession Planning Software, and included on the Watchlist for Assessment & Evaluation companies by Training Industry.

More importantly, we launched new user experience surveys this year, ensuring that our tools are providing value and driving excellent experiences to all users. We are so pleased to see our Net Promote Score (NPS) at 81 this year, when most B2B software solutions rank only 30 out of 100. We also loved getting comments from users telling us what’s working and where we can be better, and we loved being able to highlight the excellent work of our partners and clients.
