Open Positions

Junior/Senior Leadership Assessor

Part Time | Virtual

Currently we are accepting resumes from applicants that have flexible availability for a part-time, project-based assessor/coach position. We are in need of English and bilinguial assessors. We have opening for junior and senior assessors, depending on the applicant’s experience and education.

No travel is required as all of the work is completed virtually. Successful completion of our assessor training process and certification examination in English is required before the assessor is assigned to client projects.

OPPORTUNITY/ SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as role-player during live simulations (via online video conference).
  • Review participants’ behaviors after simulations are completed, score their performance, and prepare reports.
  • Possibility to conduct debrief/coaching meetings with individual participants (also via online conference).
  • Summarize particiapants‘ performance in front of executive audience.
  • Facilitate group debrief sessions with multiple participants, as needed.
  • Assist in project-related administrative duties as neccessary.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High level of computer literacy, esp. with web-based applications and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English. Bilinguial applicants (Spanish, French) are also needed and highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with Assessment Centers, role-plays, business simulations, or other forms of assessment is highly desirable.
  • Prior executive coaching experience and workshop facilitation is highly desirable (for senior assessor position).
  • Prior experience in human resources, organizational development, or management consulting is desirable.
  • Qualified candidates must posses, at minimum, Master’s-level degree in psychology, human resources, organizational development, business, or a closely related field OR coaching certification from a legitimate institution plus at least 1 year of work experience.

The assessor/coach position is part-time position. There is no guaranteed number of hours per week. Assessors are brought in on an as-needed basis as dictated by projects and clients.

Chief Revenue Officer

Full Time | Virtual

The Chief Revenue Officer is the senior leader who directly overseas and leads sales and marketing efforts to grow the company’s revenue. S/he reports directly to Pinsight’s CEO and drives strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.

OPPORTUNITY/ SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop plans and strategies for growing direct sales and reseller channels globally
  • Oversee marketing efforts to establish successful Pinsight brand
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting to the CEO and Board
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company CEO and Board

Sales and Marketing Operations

  • Effectively manage customer relationships and close enterprise-level opportunities
  • Manage direct sales, reseller channels, and marketing initiatives with the focus on growth; hire and develop sales and marketing staff, and define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their goals
  • Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
  • Define appropriate processes for new account creation and existing account development
  • Create and manage the budget for sales and marketing
  • Plan for and manage inbound leads effectively
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years of executive-level leadership experience in sales and marketing within the talent assessment industry and enterprise selling environment
  • Experience leading marketing efforts and building sales teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Impact and influence — works effectively with others regardless of job title or reporting authority
  • Achievement motivation — sets and achieves ambitious goals
  • Leadership — effective at building rapport, empowers and develops team members
  • Decision-making — makes decisions based on sound understanding and evaluation of relevant information; gathers information and involves others as appropriate
