We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company. This role requires an in depth knowledge of Pinsight’s solutions and market goals. Proficiency in web advertising, social media, and web development is a must. Experience within the Human Capital Management software or talent assessment is not required but desirable.

Business Development Representative

We are looking for an early career Business Development Representative to develop leads for sales. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by researching, contacting, educating and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns or your own research and meeting quotas of meetings set up for sales. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until we close the deal. If you are motivated and results-driven, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
