We believe that leader selection, development, and succession should be fair and merit based. Together with Purdue University, we are conducting a confidential research study about the diversity of high-potential employees (emerging leaders) and successors for executive roles. We hope that you will consider participating in this short survey (only 10 minutes!), and in doing so contribute to the general knowledge about how organizations build a diverse leadership bench. In this survey, we are interested in your organization's high-potential employee and succession planning programs. Our goal is to investigate how organizations build a diverse leadership bench. All your responses will be treated as confidential and combined with responses from other participants. We will not share your responses with other third parties or individuals, and we will only report on group themes.
