Pinsight 2021: The year in review and what lies ahead

Our mission at Pinsight is to bring fairness to leader selection, development, and succession, so that business can bring top talent to high impact roles. We believe that people decisions should be made with fair process, and reliable data, while assessments should provide a foundation to unlock potential and grow critical business skills. It’s these beliefs that fuel our constant innovation and dedication to excellence, year after year.

In 2021, unprecedented talent shortages and unpredictable work environments meant that fast and precise tools were increasingly in demand as businesses revaluated their top talent search, selection and development practices for the evolving world of work. Correspondingly, we experienced a 40% increase in activity on our assessment platform, and our customers reported a plan for greater use of Pinsight for their development, hiring and promotion activities in the year ahead.

This year we were proud to have delivered new features and analytics to further improve the experience to our customers, while we also continued our investments in stable and secure technology. The growth in the number of users on our platform was matched with excellent customer satisfaction ratings, and we are honored to have received industry acknowledgment for our innovation, quality and impact.

Take a look at our year in review for more detail on our industry-leading achievements and a preview of what lies ahead in 2022 for Pinsight and our talent analytics platform.
