The Pinsight Team Attended These Conferences in 2022

Join us as we take a look back at the wonderful time the Pinsight team experienced at three important industry tradeshows and conferences in 2022. We were excited for the return of in-person events this year and all the energy they bring.

The Pinsight team had the pleasure of speaking and exhibiting at the SIOP Annual Conference in April, the SHRM Annual Conference & Exposition in June, and the HR Technology Conference in September.

Please scroll down to see highlights and photos from these leading HR events.

Pinsight at SIOP Annual Conference

The Pinsight Team was quite busy at SIOP in Seattle as our COO, Michelle Brown debated in a panel discussion on the topic of artificial intelligence in HR.

Read this Forbes article to hear about our thoughts on future of AI in HR.

Moreover, our CEO Martin Lanik moderated star-studded panel discussion on Nudges, Habits and Coaching Apps. Amy Huber, Senior Talent Consultant joined the discussion about new technologies for leadership development and explained how The Pinsight App has enabled thousands of leaders to develop effective habits.

Pinsight at SHRM Annual Conference

Michelle Brown and Andrew Coulter, Senior Client Advisor enjoyed their time at SHRM in New Orleans, especially meeting leaders who are ready to drive change in leadership performance, DEI, and culture.

While showcasing our leadership simulations, they remember hearing over and over the catch-cry “We need this!” in almost every conversation about Pinsight – Virtual Leadership Assessment and Development Platform.

Pinsight at HR Tech Conference

We could not stop spreading word about bringing fairness to leadership selection, development and succession. That is why, HR Tech Conference in Las Vegas was the last stop for us in 2022.

Martin Lanik, Michelle Brown, and Andrew Coulter were thrilled to talk to HR Tech enthusiasts who were in a need of leadership assessment solutions for hiring, development and succession planning.

It felt great to be able to feature as well as answer questions about the major updates to our platform and to hear positive feedback in return from industry experts, analysts and other fans of HR Technology.

Feel free to learn more about the HR Tech Award we received this year for Best Analytics, measurement, and business impact solution for Talent Acquisition.
