Rescheduling Your Simulation

You can reschedule without fees when there are more than 48 hours before your scheduled start time; however, if rescheduling is done less than 48 hours before the assessment, fees will be incurred. 

How to Reschedule: When you are in Practice Mode, (1) click on the Exit practice mode button; (2) in the window that opens, click the Reschedule button. (3) If you have more than 48 hours’ notice, click the red Reschedule button. 

If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ before the start of your scheduled simulation, contact your representative at your company.
