Export Participant Analytics Data in an Excel Spreadsheet

(Applicable users: admins)

  1. Log into app.pinsight.com using your admin account.

    Login Screen - app.pinsight.com
  2. Click on Analytics in the top-navigation bar.


  3. Use the Filter to narrow down your search results.


    • Note: You must use the filter for the export download button to appear.
  4. In the search results, select the participants to include in the .xls export.


  5. Click on the Download data as .xls (# reports) button above the search results.


    • Note: The # of reports in the parenthesis show how many reports will be included in the export.
  6. Select either to include or not include the participants’ names in the export.


    • Choosing not to include the participants’ names keeps the export data anonymous.
