FAQ – How do I share a screen during a video call?

There is a new feature of screen-sharing during a video call in a live assessment.

You can share your work-in-progress and choose to share the whole screen or just a particular window. You can also “drag” and adjust the size of the floating video.

Please follow these steps to share a screen during a video call:

1. Click on the yellow button “Share Screen” during a video call in a live assessment,

2. Select if you want to share the entire screen or a particular window, e.g. PDF file;

3. Present and consult your work-in-progress or any other file in a video role-play,

4. Click on the yellow button “Stop Sharing” on the bottom to continue the video call.
